NRW-Kubus in Japan

Im Auftrag der Staatskanzlei NRW und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Agentur „Die PR-Berater“ hat 235 MEDIA den „NRW-Kubus“ entwickelt und realisiert. Im Rahmen der Präsentation „Deutschland in Japan 05/06“ in Tokio konnten die Besucher von allen vier Seiten gleichzeitig eine interaktive Reise durch Nordrhein-Westfalen unternehmen.
Der Kubus besteht aus einer Stahlkonstruktion, in die vier Projektionsscheiben (Format 4:3) eingebaut sind. Projektionstechnik, Zuspieler und Lüftungstechnik sind von Außen unsichtbar im unteren, verblendeten Teil des Kubus untergebracht. Zur Navigation befinden sich in ca. 3m Abstand vor den Projektionen Stelen mit integriertem Trackball und seitlichen Lautsprechern.
Der Kubus kann von drei Personen in ca. drei Stunden komplett auf- bzw. abgebaut werden.

On behalf of the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia and in cooperation with the agency "Die PR Berater", Media 235 developed and produced the "NRW-Cube". As a part of the presentation "Germany in Japan 05/06" in Tokyo, visitors can, from all four sides and at the same time, take an interactive journey through North Rhine-Westphalia.
The cube consists of a steel structure into which the four projection panels (Format 4:3) are incorporated. The projection technology, remote replay machine and ventilation equipment are accommodated, invisible from the outside, in the lower screened part of the cube. For navigation, steles equipped with an integrated trackball and lateral speakers are located about 3 meters away from the projections.
The cube can be completely assembled or dismantled by three people in about three hours.
